Training
The Horizontal Bench is perfect for flat bench press exercises. Lie on your back, grip the barbell slightly wider than shoulder-width, lower it to your chest, and press it back up to target chest, shoulders, and triceps.
Notes
Maximum effectiveness is achieved by executing movements of horizontal flexion (horizontal adduction) on the transverse plane with a plate loaded barbell and using different weights.
