Training
The Inclined Bench targets your upper chest and shoulders. Set the bench at an incline, grip the bar, lower it to your upper chest, and press it back up for improved upper body strength.
Notes
Maximum effectiveness is achieved by pushing up a plate loaded barbell with different weights, while shoulders flex on the sagittal plane and abduct on the longitudinal plane.
