Training

Stand on the footboard and grip the bar at the end of the pad with both hands. Push back and upward the push platform. The movement has to be done with dash and if possible at a standstill, then pause for a brief moment while contracting and return to the resting position slowly.

Notes

The position on the pad is important for the result of the exercise
without forcing your back.
